VSL Investment & Advisory invests in the maritime and inland logistics sector, what is now referred to as the Blue Economy. This is carried out through four main approaches.
The objective is to structure direct lending or private equity transactions that offer flexibility to the project identified and high returns relative to the risk profile, for the benefit of Club members.
The role of VSL Investment & Advisory is expressed in putting its specific know-how at the service of projects: drafting and reviewing Business Plans, monitoring the complex financial aspects typical of the sector, and access to professional market research tools that improve the effectiveness of decision-making processes.
